The problem of being overweight or obese and issues related to it has rapidly increased in the last few decades. Obesity in pregnant women can lead to many complications. It imposes several difficulties for both mother and child. It is advised to eat healthy and nutritious food as opposed to empty calories of fast food and exercise to help the metabolism.
